All full service catered menus include white, disposable compartment plates, heavy-duty plastic silverware and paper dinner napkins. Menus are served buffet style, including buffet linens, skirting, and décor, and are always all you can eat. Service style may be upgraded with china plates, silverware, linen napkins, guest table linens, additional servers, etc., as fits the occasion.
